Accreditation & Certification
SYNLAB AB is accredited by SWEDAC ( Swedish Board for Accreditation and Conformity Assessment ) in accordance with EN ISO / IEC 17025. Accreditation means that our laboratories follow laboratory standard, is technically competent and able to generate technically valid results. Laboratories meeting the requirements of this standard are also working in close accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 9002.
ILAC mark refers to international agreements on mutual recognition, where ILAC ( Internationel Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation ) is an international forum for the accreditation of laboratories and inspection bodies .
SYNLAB is an environmental laboratory that strives to contribute to an improved environmental situation and to sustainable community development. SYNLAB AB is also certified according to EN ISO 14001.
The issues that have the greatest environmental significance for SYNLABs own laboratory is related to chemicals and hazardous wastes, the use of disposable materials, and test and personal transportation. Within these areas, we strive to minimize our consumption of resources and emissions to the environment. Work on environmental measures affects all employees within the company.
